せっかくなので昨日投稿した都営三田線のデータ(pdb data)をここに載せてみました。各駅のデータを3行にまとめていて、1行目が標高、2行目が海抜0メートル、3行目がホームの位置です。これを構造生物学で一般的に使われているPDBビューワー(PyMOLなど)で表示すれば、それっぽい絵が表示されます。書式やらなにやら色々再考の余地はあるのですが、徐々に改良したいと思います。
